Javascript Developer

Job description:
We are seeking a developer who has a passion for AJAX and Web 2.0. We need someone with experience developing and working with large JavaScript code libraries. You will be working on ClickSurge, developing maintainable, robust JavaScript libraries. You will be working with a team of scientists to solve some of the toughest problems in contextual search. The code you create will power a set of Internet applications that have the potential to radically impact the way information reaches users.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of DHTML, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and DOM, and how they interact with each other.
- Familiarity with cross-browser JavaScript development and compatibility issues.
- Experience developing compact, modular, object-oriented JavaScript that has been deployed and used in real systems by real users.
- Experience working and structuring large JavaScript code libraries
- Experience with JS-specific tools (JavaScript lint, firebug, etc.)
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals (threads, parse trees, analysis of algorithms).
- Good communication skills.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience developing in C++ on Windows
- Windows Server, IIS, ASP.NET experience
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual SourceSafe
- Experience developing web widgets and desktop widgets (Konfabulator, Vista Sidebar, etc.)
- Flash and ActionScript experience
- An understanding of search engines and information retrieval algorithms

Flash Developer
We are currently seeking an experienced flash developer.
- Loves turning creative elements and product definitions into rich, Flash-based applications
- Codes in Flash 8 / AS 2 (Experience with Flash 9 / AS 3 / Flex a plus)
- Understands JavaScript/Flash interoperability (ExternalInterface, etc.)
- Has implemented Flash applications that dynamically populate based on web services, XML configuration files, etc.
- Understands how the browser cache works
- Is familiar with XML, RSS, REST and SOAP
- Has deployed applications to large audiences
- Understands how to create maintainable, reusable code

Business Development - West Coast
We are looking for a Business Development Associate with proven success creating and building client and partner relationships. You will assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
The successful candidate will have:
